VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE
JANUARY 19, 2009
Present: Maguire, Eurich, Farnum, Hall
Absent: Prusi, Adams

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Maguire.
Motion Eurich second Farnum to accept the January 5, 2009 regular meeting minutes as printed. Carried.
Audience member Cale Hoag again stated that he was interested in being appointed to the vacant trustee seat and introduced himself to the council.
Motion Eurich second Farnum to appoint Cale M. Hoag to the vacant council trustee seat expiring November 19, 2010. Carried.
The clerk administered the oath of office and Hoag was seated.
Correspondence was received from Zoning Administrator Wally Prusi asking the council if he should go back in time to property owners who did not obtain land use permits for construction. The council stated they did not want him to go back for missed permits.
President Maguire brought building plans to the council for a garage to be constructed 2’ from the property line. The homeowner was told to request a variance from the Planning Commission.
Motion Adams second Hall to pay bills of approximately $19,347.27. Carried.
