The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Maguire.
Motion Prusi second Eurich to accept the November 17, 2008 regular meeting minutes as printed. Carried.
Fire Chief Young reported that the department had 5 assists for November.
Police Chief Sherrod presented his department’s activity report for November.
Motion Adams second Hall to have the council revert back to meeting only on the first Monday of each month at $50 per meeting. 3 Yea 3 Nay Defeated.
Motion Hall second Eurich to approve the 2009 council meeting dates, which are the first and third Mondays of each month except for September which is the second Monday, at 7:30 p.m. 5 Yea 1 Nay Carried.
Motion Adams second Hall to approve the installation of new transformers and alarm panels at the Circle Drive and high school sewer stations by Hydrodynamics, Inc. for $2458. Carried.
Motion Prusi second Eurich to pay bills of approximately $10,915.23. Carried.
