VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE
NOVEMBER 17, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Maguire.
Motion Prusi second Wassa to accept the November 3, 2008 regular meeting minutes as printed. Carried.
Correspondence was received from Tuscola County Road Commission informing of their Local Task Force meeting with their five-year plan and Regional meeting in December.
Prusi informed the council of the village’s options for collecting two past-due fire response invoices.
The clerk stated that Saginaw Asphalt has postponed the Shreeves Road paving project until spring due to weather conditions and that the village has received reimbursement from Tuscola County for the building demolition at 2017 Main Street.
Motion Prusi second Eurich to pay bills of approximately $18,333.44. Carried.
The clerk administered the oath of office to the newly elected village officials whose terms begin November 20, 2008: President – Duane Maguire; Trustees – Kay Eurich, Wally Prusi and Lyle Hall.
