Village of Fairgrove
Planning Commission Meeting
October 17, 2016 – 6:30pm
Committee Members Present: Tom Wassa, Tina Wassa, Fern Young
Discussed the upcoming 2017 meeting dates. The Planning Commission Meetings will start at 6:00pm and meet on the following days:
Tuesday, February 14th
Tuesday, April 11th
Tuesday, September 12th
Tuesday, November 14th
Tom Wassa stated that the Village Council accepted all the changes that were presented in the Land Use Plan.
Tom Wassa stated that the Village Council is looking at replacing the storm drains on McLuney Street.
The Village of Fairgrove is looking for a Zoning Administrator.
The Village of Fairgrove sold a parcel of property (located on Center Street); therefore the village will no longer need to maintain the mowing on that property.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25pm.
