Special Meeting

November 16, 2015

A special meeting of the Fairgrove Village Council was called at 7:01 p.m. by President Wassa.

PRESENT:  T. Wassa, D. Maguire, C. Phelps,

EMPLOYEES:  H. Stark

Visitors did not sign in.

President Wassa read the proposed resolution appointing the clerk, Heidi Stark, to serve as the village’s authorized representative to the Department of Environmental Quality and the Michigan Finance Authority. 

He requested public comment on the proposed resolution and explained the need for a signatory for the Storm Water, Asset Management, and Wastewater (SAW) Program. The board reviewed the proposed language and a motion to adopt the proposed resolution was made by D. Maguire. The motion was seconded by C. Phelps.

The roll call vote was in favor

President Wassa opened the floor to additional discussion items and hearing none, closed the meeting at 7:12
