Agenda: The Village Council will consider the adoption of proposed new ordinance to address sidewalk care and maintenance within the village. Proposed Ordinance #64 An ordinance to update previously passed ordinances #3 and #58. This new Chapter if adopted would authorize and regulate the care and maintenance of sidewalk within the Village of Fairgrove limits. If adopted, this ordinance would also create penalties for the violation of the regulations adopted pertaining to the care and maintenance of sidewalks within the Village of Fairgrove.
Minutes: Fairgrove Village Council Minutes Public Hearing Meeting July 6, 2015 A public ordinance hearing was called at 7:18 p.m. by President Wassa to pass ordinance #63, a sidewall ordinance. PRESENT: T. Wassa, B. Phelps, C. Phelps, EMPLOYEES: D. Englehart, H. Stark President Wassa summarized the extent of the sidewalk ordinance including the other ordinances that would be repealed. The audience requested information on resident requirements and their role in keeping the sidewalks clear and free of obstructions. With audience approval, C. Phelps recommended approval of the ordinance. B Phelps seconded. Roll Call Vote: C Phelps Aye B. Phelps Aye T. Wassa Aye No other business was discussed.
