FAIRGROVE VILLAGE COUNCIL MINUTES

January 7^th, 2015

Present: T. Wassa, B. Phelps, J. Gehrls, C. Phelps

Council Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Wassa.

J. Gehrls/B. Phelps to approve the January agenda; all in favor, motion carried.

B. Phelps/ Gehrls motioned to approve the minutes from December 1, 2014 council meeting; all in favor, motion carried.

AUDIENCE RECOGNITION

None

DEPARTMENT/COMMITTEE REPORTS

Fire- One call for assist, was called told by dispatch to turn around in route.

DPW- Donnie not present, sick.

Clerk’s Items- None.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

Projector- to be ordered when new clerk is hired.

NEW BUSINESS

C. Phelps/Gehrls motioned to approve 2015 meeting dates; all in favor, motion approved.

Denmark Township has asked the Fire Dept. to submit a bid for fire coverage in their area. Doug asked the village to draft a proposal as past correspondence has been done this way. Gehrls/C. Phelps motioned to proceed with bid to Denmark Township; all in favor, motion carried.

FINANCES

Gehrls/B. Phelps motioned to approve the December disbursements totaling $13,729.69; all in favor, motion carried.

As there was no other business, meeting adjourned 7:43 p.m.
