Increase of Sewer Rates

WHEREAS, the Fairgrove Village Council has determined the operating and maintenance requirements of the village sewer system has increased in recent years and,

WHEREAS, the Fairgrove Village Council has determined the current rate of sewer revenue is not sufficient to address the ongoing requirements of the system and,

WHEREAS, the Fairgrove Village Council have deemed it to be in the best interest of the Village of Fairgrove to increase sewer fees, be it,

RESOLVED that the quarterly charge for sewer service in the Village of Fairgrove be increased to $56.00 per quarter for residential properties and $68.00 per quarter for business properties.
