ORDINANCE NO. 65
REPEAL OF GASOLINE CURB PUMPS, #9
The Fairgrove Village Council has determined that Ordinance Number 9, Gasoline Curb Pumps are exclusively regulated by the State of Michigan under State Law. Local ordinance to regulate gasoline curb pumps are no longer needed. The Fairgrove Village Council has determined that it would be in the best interest to repeal Ordinance Number 9, “Gasoline Curb Pumps”
The Village of Fairgrove hereby ordains Village Ordinance Number 9, “Gasoline Curb Pumps” adopted on July 2, 1957, is repealed in its entirety.
The undersigned President and Clerk of the Village of Fairgrove hereby certify that this Ordinance was duly adopted by the Fairgrove Village Council at a meeting held on the 7th day of August, 2017 and a synopsis thereof was published in the Tuscola County Advertiser on the 19th day of August, 2017 and the Fairgrove Village website. This Ordinance shall take effect twenty (20) days after said date of adoption.
