ORDINANCE NO. 36
DUMPING GARBAGE ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER
An ordinance regarding dumping garbage on property of another.
THE VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE ORDAINS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, deposit, or place filth, garbage or refuse on the grounds or premises of another, without the specific permission of the owner thereof.
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
Section 3. Each section of this Ordinance and each provision of any section shall be considered separable and the invalidity of any portion of this ordinance shall not affect the validity or enforcement of any other portion.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective after publication and expiration of the time prescribed by law.
