ORDINANCE NO. 19A
PARKING VIOLATIONS
An ordinance AMENDING VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE ORDINANCE NO. 19.
THE VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE ORDAINS:
Sec. 1. Section No. 6 of Ordinance No. 19 known as “An Ordinance establishing a parking violations bureau for the Village of Fairgrove and Prescribing Certain Fines” is hereby amended to read as follows to-wit:
OFFENSE UTC SECTION PENALTY
Parking too far from the curb (8.1, 8.2) $3.00
Angle parking violations (8.3) $3.00
Obstructing traffic (8.5) $3.00
Prohibited parking (signs unnecessary) (8.10)
a. on sidewalk $3.00
b. in front of drive $3.00
c. within intersection $3.00
d. within 15 feet of hydrant $3.00
e. on cross walk $3.00
f. within 20 feet of cross walk or 15 feet of corner lot lines $3.00
g. within 30 feet of street side traffic sign or signal $3.00
h. within 50 feet of railroad crossing $3.00
i. within 20 feet of fire station entrance $3.00
j. within 75 feet of fire station entrance on opposite side of street
(signs required) $3.00
k. beside street excavation when traffic obstructed $3.00
l. double parking $3.00
m. on bridge of viaduct or within tunnel $3.00
n. within 200 feet of accident where police in attendance $3.00
o. in front of theatre $3.00
p. blocking emergency exit $3.00
q. blocking fire escape $3.00

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall become effective after publication and expiration of the time prescribed by law.
