ORDINANCE NO. 9 
  
GASOLINE “CURB PUMPS” 
  
  
THE VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE ORDAINS: 
  
That, as a measure of public safety and convenience in the Village of Fairgrove, County of Tuscola and State of Michigan, the Village Council prohibit the establishment of any gasoline or other pumps in said village known as “Curb pumps”. The term “Curb pump” being understood to mean any pump in the street or sidewalk line, or near enough to the street or sidewalk line so that any automobile, truck or other vehicle would be obliged to stand on the street or sidewalk while being supplied with gasoline, oil or other fuel from such pump or pumps.
