Public Hearing on the

Approval of an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate

requested by Cooperative Elevator Company in the Village of Fairgrove

Notice is hereby given that on March 1, 2021 at 5:55 pm, the Fairgrove Village Council will hold a public hearing.  The meeting and public hearing will be via a Zoom on-line meeting. Please contact the  Fairgrove Village Office at (989) 693-6881 prior to the meeting for the Meeting ID and passcode for Zoom.

The public hearing is held pursuant to Act 198 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974, as amended for the approval of an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate for additional building space, machinery and equipment to be acquired by Cooperative Elevator Company  at the following real property:

The owners of all real property within the Industrial Development District, together with any other residents or taxpayers of the Village of Fairgrove, shall have the right to appear and to be heard.
