• Welcome remarks led by Young
• Pledge of Allegiance led by Young
• Motion by Sebert Approve the Agenda 1/09/2021 2nd by Stevens motion carried 3/0
• Audience Recognition:
  • None
• Committee- Appointment of Blight Committee- Harrison & Young agreed
  • Young would like all committee members prepare to present at regular Council meetings in order to be more prepared during meeting and ready to Vote
• Blight- Village needs to look at hiring a Blight Officer- Motion by Stevens to allow Clerk to Place an add to hire a Blight officer for the Village 2^nd by Sebert Motion carried 3/0
• Music in the Park-Young would like to start a music in the park after hearing and looking at other communities doing this with great success
• Farmers Market- Young also would like to promote a Farmers Market also
• Spicer- Motion by Stevens to get a quote from Spicer to Design the Village parking lot 2^nd by Sebert motion carried 3/0
• Budget Workshop- Preparation began of the 2021-2022 Village Budget
  • Need public hearing for Sewer rate increase for 02/01/2020 @ 6:15 pm
• Budget hearing Set for March 03/01/2021 @ 6:00 pm
• Motion by Sebert to adjourn 2^nd by Stevens motion carried 3/0
