VILLAGE OF FAIRGROVE
June 6, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by President Maguire.
The clerk presented Traffic Control Order 08-001, signed by village Police Chief Tom Wassa, which establishes a truck route in the village using the following streets: East Center Street, West Center Street, North Main Street, South Main Street, Otis Street, McLuney Street and Shreeves Road east of M-138. Trucks would no longer be allowed on local streets within the village, with some exceptions as described.
Motion Adams second Prusi to approve Traffic Control Order 08-001 as presented by Police Chief Tom Wassa. Carried.
Prusi stated the police chief will inform any residents with commercial businesses that are immediately effected of the change.
