LOCATION: 5021 Armstrong St ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION: Article XIII Section 13.05 Minimum Width APPLICANT: Heather Carsten OWNER: Heather Carsten The public is welcome to attend.
Minutes: Village of Fairgrove Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting minutes June 22, 2015 Meeting called to order at 7:07 pm by Jim Blankenship Members Present: Jim Blankenship, Steve Young and Lynn Cramer New Business: Steve Young volunteered to be the new Vice Chairman Variance request was read by Wally Prusi for Heather Carsten regarding a request for a newer, bigger mobile home to be placed on her property at 5021 Armstrong Street. The existing mobile home is 12 x 56 ft. The requester is asking to install a 14 x 80 ft mobile home. Lynn Cramer moved to allow and Steve Young seconded. Motion carried 3 yea and 0 no Jim Blankenship adjourned meeting at 7:35 pm Minutes submitted by Lynn Cramer LC/hs
