FAIRGROVE VILLAGE COUNCIL MINUTES
November 3, 2014
PRESENT: T. Wassa, B. Phelps, J. Gehrls, D. Maguire, C. Phelps,
ABSENT: J. VanHove, T. Humpert, D. Englehart and D. Young

Council meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by President Wassa.
B. Phelps/Maguire motioned to approve November agenda; all in favor, motion carried.
B. Phelps/Gehrls motioned to approve the minutes from the October 6, 2014 council meeting; all in favor, motion carried.
AUDIENCE RECOGNITION
Fern Young wanted to say thank you for fixing the sidewalks.
Ann Marie Ball questioned who was going to clean drain behind their house and if a berm was going to be built. She was told no berm to be built and we would clean the drain.
Green Acres Farms of Akron is hosting The Spirit of Fairgrove Lighted Christmas Parade on December 5, 2014 at 6:00 PM.
DEPARTMENT/COMMITTEE REPORTS
Fire – No fire runs for October.
DPW – Sidewalk estimate more due to having more cement poured than anticipated.
CORRESPONDENCE – None
NEW BUSINESS
Projector/TV for Council room.
Gehrls/C. Phelps motioned to approve the purchase of Projector/TV (approx. $1400 - $1900) for council room. Tabled.
FINANCES
Maguire/B. Phelps motioned to approve October disbursements totaling approximately $13,513.24; all in favor, motion carried.
As there was no other business, meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
