Special council meeting was called to order at 7 p.m.

Wood/Gehrls made a motion to accept that two public hearings were held on July 23, 2012 and July 24, 2012 regarding the police department.

Two Absent.  Motion Carried.

Antoine LaPratt is to contact Gehrls or President Maguire to advise the next step in the paperwork filing for the police department.

As there was no other business, meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
