The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Duane Maguire.
Motion Eurich second Hall to accept the February 1, 2010 regular meeting minutes as printed. Carried.
Motion Hall second Adams to approve an annual air system maintenance contract for the fire department with Breathing Air Systems for $779.80. Carried.
Correspondence was received from Tuscola County EDC reporting its major projects for 2009-10; Tuscola County Commissioner Roggenbuck informing of a planning commission vacancy, a board of commissioners meeting on February 23, 2010 at the Juniata Township Hall at 7:30 p.m. in which the airport zoning ordinance will be discussed, providing a CD on the National Flood Insurance Program process; State of Michigan Public Service Commission informing of public hearings in Lansing on Pine River Cable and CableMax Communications on March 9, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. respectively.
The council took no action on a financial contribution to Tuscola Enterprise Facilitation.
Motion Adams second Eurich to pay bills of approximately $7,921.45. Carried.
